- We aim to process all return requests within 10 working days after the goods have been received by our warehouse.
- You can return unwanted items for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.
- Due to the interests of health and safety we are not able to accept exchanges or process refunds where the product seal has been broken or the product has been consumed by the customer.
- We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
- Postage costs for unwanted returned items will only be refunded up to the value of £0.99.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure returned items are packaged correctly to avoid damage during transit.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- If you receive your item in an unsuitable condition we will require a photo of the product and it’s packaging. Please ensure that photos of damaged items are attached to your email along with your completed returns form.
